Household & Office Appliances Sales Staff – Hanoi, Hai Phong

Job Description

  • Develop business plans and strategies for the Company’s water purifier / air purifier / electronic toilet seat products, as well as its water purifier/air purifier rental services, and/or propose the development of new services and products suitable for the market as applicable.
  • Search for customers, including (1) business customers (B2B), (2) individual customers (B2C), and (3) traditional retail agent customers (General Trade – GT).
  • Manage and take care of the developed and assigned customer portfolio, and persuade potential customers to use the company’s products and services.
  • Be responsible for the project sales plan and the achievement of assigned targets.
  • Support the successful implementation of orders with partners, including delivery, installation, debt management, and after-sales care.
  • Other tasks as required by the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on products suitable for their needs.
  • Take care of existing customers and develop new customers.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for handover and installation.

Requirements

  • Graduated from Vocational College or higher, preferably in business, marketing, or engineering, etc.
  • Candidates with sales experience preferred.
  • Quick-witted, with good communication/negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer skills.

Working Hours and Location:

  • Working hours: Office hours from Monday to Saturday (Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
  • Work location: 9th Floor, Peakview Building, No. 36 Hoang Cau, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi
