Carpa Expands TokTokCare Service Network in Vietnam
Supplement the technical team and shorten the maintenance processing time in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
In Q1/2026, Carpa completed its expansion program for the TokTokCare technical team in two major cities — Hanoi increased its technical personnel by 40%, and Ho Chi Minh City by 35%.
As a result, the average response time for maintenance requests in urban areas was cut from 36 hours to under 18 hours. Customers can schedule appointments directly via Zalo OA or the hotline.
Besides manpower, Carpa also invested in mobile technical vehicles to serve suburban residential areas — particularly new districts in western Hanoi and Thu Duc City.
